The chair is very cute and more importantly it is very comfortable. I love it so far. The directions to put it together were easy to understand and all the pieces were there. Would purchase it again.
Was very easy to put together out of the box. Very comfortable. Easy to operate. Left arm rest wiggle slightly despite the fact that I tightened the screws all the way - this is slightly annoying. Would recommend this chair.

Nice chair. If you are tall not so much.

Comfortable stylish nice chair for the price but don't expect much in the way of adjustments. If you are tall as I am (6'2'') you will not be able to use the headrest. It cannot be adjusted upwards to reach my head. Instead it is at a height where it painfully presses into my upper back. I removed it entirely so I have a chair without a headrest. Probably could have found a comparable chair without headrest for less money but the receipt states to return the chair you must repackage it unassembled the way it came so it can be resold a virtual impossibility because the packaging must be destroyed to extract the parts for assembly. Lesson: Do not buy without first sitting in the chair. Sometimes the convenience of Internet shopping isn't so great.
I have only been using for about a week now but this chair is very comfortable. Love the lumbar support and the recline. Sitting for almost 8 hours a day really takes a toll on you if your chair is not comfortable. Hoping this one holds out for a couple years!
So far I really like it. Hopefully I can get a standing desk soon so the time using it will be limited however. The installation was fairly simple. It feels sturdy and I especially like the neck support.
On the positive side this chair is immensely cooler than the leather one I had before. On the downsides at 6'-3" I can barely fit comfortably between the headrest and the seat. The front edge of the seat is far too firm - my legs actually get sore from sitting on it. Perhaps this will resolve itself over time as I wear in the chair. I like that the tension on the lean is adjustable.
