Poorly designed headrest and material

We have a lot of these chairs and the headrest is horribly designed and useless. It holds your head so far forward from your spine that your neck and back hurts. If you take the headrest off the chair it is far more comfortable. However the material is scratchy on exposed skin.

Great for Smaller Frame

This model is sparser than the upgraded model: doesn’t have as squishy a seat headrest doesn’t move but it’s ergojomically perfect for a smaller frame. My feet can actually touch the floor and I can use the back rear at the same time and the seat isn’t digging into my knees. Also I don’t really need the headrest to move because it was already in the right spot. Would highly recommend but wait for a sale

Chair is comfortable. Warning labels left a white sticky residue when removed. Had to use a goo gone to remove the label.

I have fallen down a few sets of stairs and sometimes sitting is uncomfortable for me so I was very pleased with how comfortable this chair is when I am seated for hours on end!

What a GREAT CHAIR!!

This chair is the perfect addition to my home office. I work from home and spend extensive time sitting at my desk. This Hyken mesh chair has been the solution to feeling extremely tired at the end of my workday. It’s very comfortable and adjustable every where you need it to be. The headrest just adds to my comfort!
