Not planning to buy a chair when I walked into Staples I saw this chair at $100 off the usual price. I ordered this one online to replace my 25-year-old chair that no longer adjusts up and down. It was delivered to my office the next day. It took this older person about one hour to put it together in the midst of assorted interruptions. Instructions were clear; parts were packaged in the order of use and clearly marked. While I've only had the chair about a week I think that it will serve my purposes well. The arm rests are more forward than many other chairs but I find them comfortable and actually useful for arm support when I am using my computer. The mesh is new to me but seems comfortable so far. My only complaint is that the forward edge of the chair is not padded forcing me to sit fully back in good posture position. That's a good thing I suppose but I'd like the front edge to have a bit of padding. The head rest is comfortable and handy for posture breaks helping to relax my neck. All things considered I think I'll be very happy with this chair.
This a a good chair the only complaint is the tension on the tilt. The tilt is either full on where you feel you're going over backward or off where you're stuck straight up and down. There should be some adjustment. I also replaced the short hard plastic wheels with roller blade wheels to help protect my hardwood floors. Other than the 2 issues above this was a good purchase in an office chair.
Our front office intake specialist loves her new chair. It’s totally confortable in all the right places!

This is my second chair of this style I like the mesh style because your body stays much cooler and there's not as much cleaning to do. The head support makes this a great value.
The price and the quality of this chair were the best. I got it on sale at a big discount. The quality was great the box fit in my Honda Accordance easy enough and assembly was straight forward. I'll get another
