At this price it's a decent chair. The major obvious issue is that the lumbar support and headrest are both a little low. If you're not that short (like me) there is an easy no-new-parts mod that will get the headrest a little higher. I would not recommend for people taller than 6' even with the mod but it works well for me.

I love this chair. All-mesh designs keep the user cool and keep the chair looking brand new as long as the mesh holds up. I especially like how narrow it is as the arm rests actually support my elbows while typing which is easier on my shoulders. Unfortunately the head rest does not adjust high enough for my 6’ 1” frame so I removed the head rest. Other than that this chair is perfect. Very ergonomic overall and the adjustable lumbar is perfect and comfortable.

This chair exceeded my expectations! I'm a teacher who now teaches virtually and needed a chair that would support my lumbar and upper body regions yet also be comfortable. This met those needs and then some. Assembly was really easy and only took about 15 minutes. Definitely worth the money.

Disappointing

I am very disappointed in this chair. The pros are that it looks good and is easy to assemble. Unfortunately these are outweighed by the cons that make the chair borderline unusable. The biggest issue is the headrest. I am only 5'10" but at its highest setting the headrest is sticking into my shoulder blades with is very uncomfortable. I think this would be an issue for anyone over 5'7" or 5'8". This is also the most narrow office chair I have ever had at work or for my home office. Almost certainly returning.
