Headline pretty much covers it. I bought one for my wife and liked it so much that I bought one for myself. The instructions are very easy to follow though the parts get progressively heavier as you assemble the pieces :)

This chair is great for my husband (and me too.) The support is in just the right places! It's firm but not rigid so that there is comfortable good support. The arm rests are also adjustable so that he can reposition while sitting for long sessions on the computer. Definitely recommend it.

Tapped out my old $150 “gaming” chair for this and I’m not sure why I didn’t do it sooner. This is THE most comfortable chair I’ve had so far. Doesn’t even seem like I’m sitting for that long anymore. Would buy again and again.

Not for Taller than average Folks - Headrest Too Low

I am between 6'1" and 6'2" and the headrest is surprisingly low pushing on my shoulders (it sits at my shoulder level) with no adjustment option to lift it up further. First I thought I did something wrong when assembling the chair but everything was where it was supposed to be. Then I thought maybe I received the wrong chair (kid's version) but it seems to be the correct model. I tried one of this chairs in the store but unfortunately the headrest was broken so I did not find out about this issue until I assembled one at home. It would be helpful if Staples provides size guides for these chairs! Delivery was quick and chair arrived in good shape so I give the whole experience 3 stars.

This chair was easy to assemble and I like the coolness of the mesh. The neck support is a big plus. It was rather heavy when it needed to be turned over after assembly so get a helper for that. I'm very pleased with the chair.

very nice chair comfortable for long durations. The one review about not going tall enough is correct so if you are tall this might not be the chair for you.
