Room for improvement

I like this chair but it has two issues that prevented me from giving it a higher score. First the head rest does not go up/down and my shoulders tend to rest on it instead of my head. I am only 5'7 so if you are taller than that this will be a big problem for you.The seat mesh is not as comfortable as many others out there and it will make your legs fall asleep if you use it for an extended period.If these two flaws are corrected this would be a fantastic chair.

I realize after fixing the chair some of the parts are broken and can not bring the chair to the store for return. I got it with broken parts .
