Went to buy a new chair for my home office. The young fellow who waited on us went out of his way to make sure the chair in the slightly damaged box was not harmed. He also carried it out and loaded it into our car. Really appreciated the extra step.

Tall people beware

If you are tall then the neck rest is not going to work for you. It is a fixed height and the only adjustment is to rotate it back. This does not make for a comfortable position.
