Chair is comfortable and easy to assemble. The neck and lumbar protection is a plus. The reclining of the chair is sturdy and has multiple usable recline levels. Highly recommend. Only thing is make sure to check the staples or others website for the best price so staples can price match BEFORE you buy. I found out the price was $20 lower on Staples website and went in the next day. Their policy to price match the difference was to refund the whole item and I would buy back the chair at the lower price. They couldn’t just give me the difference back without all the hassle. But overall the chair was worth it.

Happy with it. Comfortable has reasonable range of adjustments. I was especially impressed by the assembly “packaging” and instructions. All the parts and connectors (bolts) have IDs that key to the instructions. Assembly is quick and easy. I think the seat back “tilt” could have more than the 3 positions that it can be locked in.

The chair is great but the headrest isn’t adjustable and sits too long. Therefore it’s pretty useless. I’m 5’10” and I had to remove it entirely

My back started troubling me very much after sitting in a regular dining room chair for hours on end knitting. I've researched many chairs and ended up buying this one. I did have to add an orthopedic seat cushion by seat solutions to it which is just a wedge you put on the seat; now it is fantastic and I can rest my arms when knitting also just love this chair This is the best investment I've made in years for my back! I also love the ease with which it rolls across the carpet.5 stars for sure ! Do not tighten the mesh of the seat too much otherwise you will have a hard time tilting it to the degree you like. Just something that I have learned.

The chair comfort is fantastic it has good lumbar support doesn't feel overly stiff or cushioned on the rear and the head piece is nice and adjustable. Went together very easily (as you'd expect). Is a bit "plasticy" in some spots (base) but for the price it is reasonable and the arm rests are very sturdy. My unit had the wrong head piece color but Staples support was quick to resolve and has shipped me a new one. This char is better for work from home sessions than my $300+ gaming chair ever was so looks got thrown out for comfort and I'm very happy with the swap.

Purchased this hyken mesh chair recently during COVID work from home scenario from staples store after developing neck pain from the old chair. After considering various chairs at store end up with this nice red chair. Compared to black this color is very cool looking. As many stated this chair is very comfortable and provides good neck support and okay lumber support that can be minimally adjusted. Installation instructions are good and had no trouble understanding and all manufacturers should follow this easy step of instructions for installation. Took 15 minutes to install from unpacking to fully assemble. Overall happy with the purchase and would recommend for anyone looking for cheaper ergonomic chairs with neck support.
