This chair was bought for my wife. She is very happy with it! We are both older and try to make daily activities simpler and easier. This chair fits the bill with it's ease of use. I did not need the head rest so I can't comment on it. Great Chair!

Very stable no factory issues nice versatility. Only comment would be to distribute the weight better with the cushioning. Right beneath the middle thigh there is a bit more tension which can be felt after some time. Still the best chair for your money that I found at staples that day.

Good chair but does not retain the lumbar support setting

I cannot seem to keep the lumbar support from sliding down after I get up from the chair. It would have been good to include a device to keep it in place.

I got a new chair because I work from home and game so I needed a chair that would be good for my back. This one had good reviews and the price was great for an ergonomic chair. The back does well with my posture and I find myself slouching less. The headrest is nice. My only side note of a potential drawback is that the chair can be heavy during assembly and that the material of the mesh can dig in a little bit if you wear like shorts with no material between your skin and the mesh. Not painful just can get uncomfortable if done for a while. The seat is a little narrow but it’s good for my size so just keep in mind if you may need a wider seat
