Have been using this chair to work from home for almost a week. Slightly uncomfortable adjusting from my old chair but I believe that is a good thing for my posture as I relearn to sit correctly. I'm 5'11" 175 lbs when I sit straight up the headrest hits my shoulders but slightly inclined fits perfect. I have the arms and set back set as far out as they go (via assembly - can't be adjusted on the fly) and there is not much extra room for me to move around. Arm rests go up and down only seems fairly durable though. Have the tension torqued as high as it will go and still fairly easy to incline. Wish the seat could be adjusted more to slide in and out but it's enough seat to serve its purpose. Installation was fairly easy took about 10 minutes total.
The mesh is the best part of the chair. Excellent breathability and I don't really sweat using it. Everything else is horrible. I am 5'7". I was told this chair is good for those of shorter stature or average height. Too bad its actually the worst chair I've ever owned. I can't make the chair backrest move forward and make it straight enough my back is always at a tilt and its extremely uncomfortable. The lumbar support is useless. If I adjust it upwards to my comfort spot it just falls down and adjusts to the default position after 30 mins of sitting. The neckrest is ppositioned too high and useless. Keeping it installed pushes my head WAYYY too forward causing me to sit like the hunchback of notre dam. It is painful and uncomofrtable. The backrest is too wide. For gaming I can't move my mouse arm backwards because it blocks my triceps while also keeping my back supported on it I want to return and get a refund if possible. This chair is HORRIBLE.
