I bought this chair almost a year ago and have really liked it. This week the hydraulic tube is failing and the chair is sinking to the floor w/out any help. Will try to contact Staples to see what they recommend.

I cannot believe how comfortable chair this is. I had to order one for my son because he kept trying to take mine. He even paid for it which means he really liked it and wanted it I discovered this chair at work when a woman brought in the chair because she did not like the ones we have. After that someone else who had tried her chair went and bought one. After seeing this I had to try it and fell in love with it I immediately order one right on the spot.

The measurements ARE NOT CORRECT! That's it i would not by it again. OK maybe for children but not for male adult use.

Great chair. My complaints would be maybe more adjustment but mostly the headrest. It is comfortable but so loose that it falls to the bottom everytime you get up. When you sit back down you have to raise it. A little drag would be nice so that it stays in place. I wedged a rubber band in it.So far I'd still buy again.
