I did a lot of research and wanted to find a comfortable yet supportive chair as I sit most days over 10 hours. The Staples agent Dominico was very helpful when we went into the store and was spot on recommending this chair. I have used it for a week now and my back pain is gone. I would highly recommend this chair. Don't rule it out due to it being mesh and not very wide. The supportive sides are amazing.

This is a very comfortable chair I must say. I can sit all the way to the back. I used to 'slip' forward in my previous Lazy Boy office chair which was more expensive than this. The mesh material for the back and seat is a huge bonus for someone who has to sit long hours. Five stars!

I can sit on this for long hours straight without aches and pain. Know how to use the lumbar every inch of movement is key to the correct spot to your L points of lower back. If it hurts with dull-like pain its on the wrong spot.... Start at the bottom setting and work your way up 5 minutes at a time. Don't give up on the precise spots of adjustments or you will miss out on the perfect chair for you. Also learn how and when to use your detend settings it will help you stabilize for long duration of sitting in different positions. If you jare ust looking to sit down and be on one position for a long time no chair will work for you. The advantages of this chair is the simple multiple-choice of different angles and heights. Be patient and learn it to use those options. You won't regret it....... Amazing chair! Awesome color!
