This chair is a good chair. However the wheels on the chair are not smooth rolling and takes awkward movements to reposition. Also the lean back on the chair is way too soft. I don't like feeling like I'm going to tilt back in the chair just by sitting in it but even at the tightest setting the lean back is so loose. The feel and comfort of the chair are great. The armrest adjustments and chair height adjustments are great. It would have been 5 out of 5 stars if the wheels and chair lean were improved.

The only reason I can't rate this chair at 5 stars is that it doesn't have a way to lock a certain recline distance while retaining the ability to rock forward.

My old office chair was plush but it didn't recline which was ultimately a deal-breaker. This chair's reclining feature is what was missing BUT the chair is hard as a rock and the fabric is super sticky. Also. the chair is a bit tight fitting. In hindsight I should've purchased the Dexley as it supposedly has those features that is lacking in the Hyken. But I don't really want to go through the hassle of returning because I am too busy with work and stuff so I'm keeping it.

The anchors of the back sections broke after about a year so now I just have a stool. I weigh 170 and this shouldn't have happened.

Even without buying it online so a discount there and then also on sale...even if forced to pay full price i'd do it again. Don't forget the warranty all chairs break.
