The chair feels okay. I am 5' 1" and found that; the arm rests need to be adjusted to a lower position the back of the seat needs to be adjusted higher up-w/o head rest or lower w/headrest. Headrest stick out to far and pushes my head forward thus making my body out of alignment.

I have sat on a lot of chairs but this chair is the best by far. This chair need more colors so I can deck out my house with them.

The chair is comfortable and has good lumbar and neck support and can be used for hours without any real discomfort. The only negative comment that I have is that the arms on the chair are a little narrow for my typing comfort. I rest my elbows on the arms of an office chair and this chair makes that practice a little uncomfortable to me. Needs to be about an inch or so wider or have armrests that are adjustable for width.

Fairly easy to assemble chair as the tools are marked by steps. Chair is very comfortable. Look forward to putting it into heavy use.
