I've had this about a month and thus far I'm very happy with it. I was struggling with lower back and wrist/elbow pain while at the desk all day. The lumbar support and adjustable elbow rests have really helped. I will say the head rest is pretty low/short (hits my upper back but isn't a deal breaker plus it's removable) and it's a narrower seat. I'm 6' and 185 lb and it's right on the line for me. If any bigger than that you might want to look for another option.

It was really terrific although I'm overwhelmed by the headrest as well as the rigid backrest and arm rests because I only relied on the short armless one that's gone away through my brother! I hope to depend on it for my desk tasks - thank you!

Love the color and it is pretty comfortable overall. I like that the seat is mesh too. The material is somewhat rough which isn't a problem if you are wearing pants and not shorts (or i imagine a skirt) My only complaint is that the headrest seems to be a bit too low in that it hits the bottom of my neck/shoulder area more than my head. I'm not tall 5'10" on a good day. I have it adjusted all the way up. It is fine when reclining but sitting upright it is sometimes uncomfortable.

The Staples Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair seems to be well made is very sturdy and feels comfortable. I like the back support. I would agree with other reviewers that it wouldn't be the right chair for a tall person mostly because of the head rest. It was easy to assemble the base and arms. I would purchase this product again and would recommend it to others.
