As other reviewers have stated this chair is poorly designed with insufficient adjustability for 6' or taller people as the headrest even at maximum height digs into your shoulder blades. Additionally I've found that the tilt adjustability cannot be fine-tuned enough. The most upright and forward position I find leans too far forward and brings the back and head rest too close to the body. But the next available locked position tilts it too far back.
Assembly was straight forward and only one tool was required and provided. Total time @ 60 minutes. It's very light so it moves easily and is very comfortable to sit in partially due to the give in the mesh and also due to the multiple adjustment points available. I highly recomment this chair.
I've had this chair for over a year and tend to work very long hours at my desk. This chair is amazingly comfortable. I especially like the lumber and neck support - it feels like an expensive back/neck massage every day!
This chair has changed my life. No longer do I have lower back pain from sitting all day working. It looks stylish and beyond comfortable. I love the fact you can loosen (or tighten) up the back for the reclining feature to make it easier or harder for the back to recline. So glad I made this purchase!
Very comfortable and sturdy especially considering the price. It was also relatively easy to assemble. The only small criticism o have is that I wish the arm rests could be rotated inward/outward.
I’ve used this chair daily for about 3-4 years now. It is one of the few ergonomic chairs in my price range that ticks most of the boxes. Mesh seating Adjustable lumbar support Adjustable arm rests (though not quite as adjustable as I would prefer at least they are not fixed.) Height adjustable Seat depth is adjustable (for a short like me this disqualifies the majority of office chairs. I can’t have the circulation in my legs being cut off on a daily basis. Call me crazy but I refuse to compromise on that one!) Adjustable head rest Adjustable tilt - though I have mine adjusted to be quite stiff and prevent any kind of leaning back most of the time. I use the chair professionally so I really don’t need a chair that allows me to “recline on the job.” But hey if I were doing leisurely activities it’s nice to know the chair adjusts enough for me to lean back pretty far?) And it swivels! (Not the most important aspect but the most fun.) Others have complained of the seat giving in in the middle and I will report that that has not been my experience at all. After years of sitting in this chair daily for 8-16 hours at a time the mesh seat is still taut and supportive as day one. My one complaint though: max capacity as listed at 275 lbs. honestly it feels like they’re reaching with that estimate. While the chair may be able to hold the weight of a 275lb person without breaking… I do not think they would be comfortable for a long period of time in this chair. Those are 2 different things. I am a smaller woman somewhere between 5’1” and 5’6”. Weighing between 135 - 165 lbs. I would not recommend this chair for anyone over 6’ tall or for anyone weighing over 200 lbs.
