The chair arrived as scheduled and I found it easy to assemble (preferring not to pay for the pre-assembled fee). It feels comfortable and sturdy and gratefully doesn’t squeak when I turn in it (which I do while watching 360 degree virtual reality videos). I haven’t decided whether to keep the headrest attached. It’s comfortable but sometimes I want to lay my head back. Fortunately it’s removable by removing two screws. Anyway I’m very happy with this purchase.

It is a very nice chair that is comfortable to sit in. I really love the head rest ( my first chair with one).The lumbar support is wonderful and the ability to adjust tilt and arm rest height are great features to. I would recommend this inviting chair for anyone. The comfort is really there.

The customer service was outstanding and they were very patient with my insistence on sitting in the chair. Also had to order the chair I wanted and it came days before it was scheduled to arrive. I needed a new office chair since mine was on its last leg. I was skeptical about this chair with the headrest and the possibility of not being comfortable - BOY WAS I WRONG. It is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in. There are days I work for 12 to 14 hours and this chair helps that happen - ahh DEFINITY RECOMMEND

This is a mostly comfortable office chair. The back and neck support are good the adjustable arm height is nice. I wish that the seat fabric wasn't so abrasive; If you're an unrestful person and like to occasionally adjust your sitting position to sit on your crossed leg it kinda hurts. Seems like a minor gripe but if the fabric were a little softer but just as breathable it'd be a 5 star chair.
