Christmas present. Definite upgrade from the old wooden swivel chair I was using. So far so good. The overall chair is too high for my 5’4” wife. Can’t reach the floor and the arms are too high even when everything is as low as possible.

These chairs are so comfortable! They're very adjustable. I am 4'10" and my husband is 5'11" and these chairs for both of us perfectly. The lumbar support is adjustable and firm. The head support sits in a way that feels natural. The mesh feels firm and sturdy. The only thing I'd change would be to make the arms pivot diagonal or move in and out. Great chair!

LOVE LOVE LOVE.....my wife's review. I bought my chair. I had a little concern the chair on the floor was broken; not a good sign. I ordered a chair anyway and had them assemble the chair. They called me when it was ready. No no ... another problem; the chair was broken! I really wanted the chair so I ordered another and they again assembled it. They called I went back to the store and brought the chair home. The chair is great and my wife love it so I called the store and bought one for her. I did buy the extended warranty.... hope I never have a problem. Thanks.

Much improved version of the older hyken chair

I bought a hyken chair back in 2019. While it was good I had a few complaints - arm rests felt too stiff and the actual chair was a little too long for my legs The foam tip part of the chair felt like it was cutting off circulation to my legs. That was fixed with this flexfit version! Wheels also move more freely and the lumbar support is definitely improved with this.
