Excellent product. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. I tried out a lot more expensive chairs for my home office and this was more comfortable and was way less pricey for the quality.

I am 6ft 190lbs and I find it a bit small. Chair itself only covers half of my upper legs and arm support is too close to my body for my arms. Material is mostly plastic

This chair neck support is painfully awkward. My back doesn't rest against the back of the chair since the lower portion of the neck support is pushing my shoulders forward. I can't raise the neck support high enough for my back to feel comfortable.

Incredibly weak back support

I put this chair together and the build quality seemed good until I sat down and drifted backwards without exerting any pressure to lean back. After cranking down on the adjustment knob as far as it would go it still leans back far to easily. When fully reclined it requires strain to sit back up. I'm 5'10 and 200 pounds this should not tax a chair like this. Doesn't come close to the support level in my previous chair.

We are using this chair at home and really love it since it has a strong mesh that handles the weight well and it also has number of great adjustments to to customize it according to your personal preference.

Bad for 6'+ persons

As other reviewers have stated this chair is poorly designed with insufficient adjustability for 6' or taller people as the headrest even at maximum height digs into your shoulder blades. Additionally I've found that the tilt adjustability cannot be fine-tuned enough. The most upright and forward position I find leans too far forward and brings the back and head rest too close to the body. But the next available locked position tilts it too far back.
