Work bought me the first one. Loved it and bought one for home

I first sat in this chair at Staples over a year ago and out of all of their choices I kept going back to this one although in red not black. My office bought the first one shortly after. Fast forward to work from home orders due to COVID and after one week of trying to make every chair in my house comfortable I drove 70 miles to buy the last black chair in stock within 100 miles out of my own pocket. I could have had it shipped but this was a Saturday and I needed it for Monday. Now happily comfortable again. Chair may not comfortable for everyone but my back loves it. I would suggest sitting in it at a store before purchase to make sure it is the chair for you.

I originally bought one for my gf but liked it so much a few months later I wanted one too. The mesh keeps me cooler and the ergonomics helps support my lower back when I have to sit for long durations.

The chair is ergonomic and comfortable. It's easy to put together as well. My only complaint which is a major complaint is that the headrest is entirely too low. I've extended it all the way and it's more of a neck-rest than a headrest. I'm not a huge guy either. I'm 6ft so I'm definitely on the taller side; however in my opinion the headrest being this low is unacceptable.

Very Happy with my Hyken!

I was worried that I would have an issue with the headrest after reading some negative online reviews that the headrest hit some taller users in the shoulders. This was not a problem for me at all: I'm 5'10" and 165 lbs. In fact it was quite comfortable to use when reclining and didn't interfere when I was sitting upright working on my PC. Casters are basic and work fine on my hard floor. The seat/back is very comfortable. I have a Herman Miller Aeron at the office . . now this isn't quite up to that in terms of comfort adjustments quality etc. But it's almost $1000 cheaper. I was looking for something comfortable at a good price point with good reviews and some key functions (adjustable arm rests a mesh chair good lumbar support and the ability to recline). This fit the bill! I have lower back issues and appreciated the firm and adjustable lumbar support this chair has. So far I'm very happy with my selection. Only time will tell when it comes to durability. I will do another review in 6 months on that and more.

I have been looking for a new office chair for awhile now. I found really comfy ones but they did not have much lumbar support. I sat in nearly every chair in the store and almost didn’t test this one out because it was all mesh. In my mind I knew I wouldn’t like it. I sat down anyway and boy was I wrong! I have horrible lower back pain and this chair had the most support. I’ve had it about 2 weeks now and so happy with it; this chair provides the support I need to help me get through my 8-11 hour days. I don’t regret buying this chair at all.
