Great Chair Great Value

My trusty office chair finally bit the dust and the hunt was on for a suitable replacement. I came across this chair and on paper it met my requirements. I went to staples to test it and make sure it was what I wanted. It met my expectations then I ordered it. It was easy to assemble. Took me about 20 minutes. Everything was laid out step by step and all needed tools were included. It is very comfortable I love the mesh seat. No pressure. It cradles my body perfectly. Great adjustable lumbar support. Adjustable headrest allows me to sit up straight allowing me to sit back comfortably alleviating stress from my neck and shoulders. My initial complaints were that the seat portion was too short. I prefer it to be about an inch longer. And that the foam portion that goes under the back of knee was too hard. It was very uncomfortable. However after time went on the foam portion softened up. Consequently fixing my complaints. Everyone at the office is envious of this chair. It is simply a great chair at a great value.

Seat is Sagging already.

I bought this chair 3-4 years ago and it was great. The seat is still taught but this new one is sagging already. Very disappointed. I haven't had it a month.

It’s alright

I won’t say it’s great or terrible. It’s a three star chair. I’m 5 11. 240. Not a great fit. My back doesn’t hurt though like the lazy boy padded office chair I had so that’s why it’s in the middle. It was terrible.

The chair for me

Great price attractive and comfortable. The mobility of the chair back has really impressed me. While the seat portion stays stable the back portion adjusts backwards with the pressure of your back and is held there by the body. There are no sudden flops where your legs come off the floor. I would recommend anyone looking for an office chair to give this one a spin.

Good for Skinny Short People

I am 5' 7" about 250 pounds. My hips get caught on the arms of the chair when I get in/out of it. The lumbar support roll doesn't go up high enough to actually support the arch in my back. The headrest doesn't sit where I want it to and I can't position it in a good way. If I could return it and get the next model up (Dexley I think?) I would. I missed the 14 day return window though.
