Major problem with Durcell batteries leaking

I have endless problems with these Duracell batteries leaking and destroying my appliances. The latest item to be ruined is my LED Laser T7 torch - see photos attached. I don't seem to have the same problem when I use other branded batteries Please advise
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaking in sealed package before use.

My batteries are good until 2022 and they are leaking inside the sealed package. What's up with that?
