Nice chair! Nice support!

I have had this chair for around one week. Still exploring the preset programs. Satisfied with the product so far.
Massage function:
Three levels of intense controls for the back roller, air bag, and floor roller separately. A lot of preset programs you can choose from. Still trying them out. Found 2 that suit me the best. Or you can choose the individual massage technique independently. Chest and waist heating are my favourites. Calf heating seems not to be working for me, unfortunately. I am contacting the support team to see if this issue can be solved. Will update it later.

Bluetooth connection:
The Bluetooth can be connected to both my computer and cell phone, one at a time. No button on the chair needs to be pressed to turn on the Bluetooth connecting mode. Just use your device to search for a Bluetooth called "Amy" and then connect with your password.

Shipping support:
The support team is very helpful with the concerns I raise about shipments. Explained in detail the shipping process and helped me look for a mover to transfer the chair to the 2nd-floor bedroom.

That's basically my experience with the chair so far. Overall satisfied. Recommended product and service.
