I recently bought so I am still getting used to it. First off, the monitor stand came with the plate a bit crooked. So, the store is exchanging to see if it was just a bad stand. I have something under one side of the monitor stand, so it is not tilted. Other than that - it is not accepting the sound from my computer. It keeps disabling itself and when I am plugged into my charging station, I have to disable the computer and enable the monitor sound. It may be an adjustment I have not found yet. The color and brightness are great. I have not really had to adjust it. The font is clear with the resolution set to highest for the smaller icons. Great size. Next size up to too hard to navigate for my type of work.
