Poor sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality on the built-in speakers is garbage. This would ok, I guess, if there were some audio output options like aux or RCA. Instead there's only bluetooth (you need to reconnect every time you start the monitor), and HDMI (I haven't tested this, but I don't want to buy an audio extractor).

The sleek white color adds a touch of elegance to my setup, and the smart features make navigation a breeze. I work from home and my home office is my bedroom so this monitor serves dual-purpose functionality as both a monitor and TV and it is incredibly convenient. It has apps like Netflix, youtube and it works flawlessly. In also loved that the monitor comes with two HDMI ports, which also includes eArc and two usb port . If i were to point out negative, It will be the lack of usb c port. Overall, I highly recommend this monitor for its impressive features , versatile and aesthetics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the past week, I have explored the many features this monitor has to offer. This monitor is in my home office/guest room. Aesthetically, it looks lovely on my desk.
I have used it for work, connecting the monitor via HDMI to both my Dell laptop and macbook. Both times, I was impressed with the display quality and smooth user experience.
I have used this to watch netflix and hulu multiple nights in a row, and it works pretty well. Sometimes it's a little laggy, and the sound leaves something to be desired. Additionally, I find the monitor has a difficult time working with my headphones.
For the most part, I am happy with this monitor. I feel hopeful that the little quirks or issues I've had will either get better with time, or that I will be able to figure our solutions (like getting a speaker).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup for this monitor was so easy. It is not heavy so I was able to attach the stand and setup the monitor in no time. I love the size 32 inches allows me to multitask when working and is not too big to be functional. The picture quality is crisp whether using it as a monitor or television. After work I use this as a TV and stream all my shows. I watch TV on the various streaming apps when I am not working. I am satisfied with the volume of the monitor and the ability to switch from monitor to TV with a click of the remote control. I have become more productive since using this monitor and I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants the all in one features for a very affordable price.
