The customizable buttons are a huge plus for me as an architect, allowing me to assign different functions and streamline my workflow. I bought a MX 2S last time, but this 3X is much better. The size is slightly smaller, fitting my palm better. The scroll wheel works much better.

Stopped working correctly soon after warranty expired

Biggest con is durability. I have gone thru 2 high end Logitech mice (MX Vertical & MX Master 3S) now. Both of them stopped working soon after the warranty expired with the same exact issues - jumping mouse pointer, missed clicks, double clicks, etc. Because of timing and how similar the issues were they almost felt like engineered defects. I have purchased another MX Master 3S to give Logitech a last chance. If this one follows the same pattern then it will be my last Logitech purchase as the company just seems to be building e-waste that's wrecking the environment.

It’s a mystery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lacking clear, readable user guides, and unable to understand how to deal with batteries that needed to be changed or somehow prevented from draining, I finally managed to figure out that the batteries were rechargeable, and that the little micro cord that came with would enable recharging. All better now, but probably more complicated than necessary for comfortable daily use.
