I could be the ultimate mouse only if....

I love MX mouses since forever (my first one was the MX 1000) but there is this one thing that bothers me every time
It could be the perfect mouse if the Switch device button was quickly accessible without having to turn around the mouse...
As someone that intensively uses this feature... it's really annoying, and it makes me wonder if someone at Logitech uses this feature for real on the mouse...

Idea: I also have the MX keys keyboard with the same feature and it's an amazing keyboard... knowing that you provide software to customize both devices, it would be amazing if the keyboard could switch both (keyboard and mouse)... this would be the best feature ever.

I purchased the MX3s mouse for home /game/work use.
I use it via Bluetooth with 0 issues whatsoever. I also have the mc keys keyboard (not required) and it also works as well. I don’t notice any delay in any program including gaming. Though it’s not a gaming type mouse, its 8k sensor is what makes it so. If you’re in the market for a mouse that’s professional and fully working or even a pro style mouse for office use. This is it.

The unit is ergonomic, comfortable, precise, smooth and a joy to use. I deducted two stars because because of inconsistant Bluetooth connections and the lack of troubleshooting details on the site. Help!
I was not able to install the Logitech software to fully leverage customizations because it is not available on my company's approved list, but the mouse without the software is still a joy to use.

This mouse is a bit too small for my hand. I am honestly a trackball user, and prefer something larger. I would love this mouse as a blended MX Ergo trackball. The Ergo needs some of the functionality of this mouse, but with a thumb trackball. Having the flywheel style wheel between the buttons, plus the side scrolling wheel on the side, next to the trackball, would be a serious win. The big thing is that dual axis set of wheels.

an okay mouse for an exorbitant price

MX Master 3S (w/ and w/o Logi+ software)

This mouse is excellent. While it is certainly best paired with the Logi+ software, it is still worthwhile without it. As someone who works in Excel most of the day, the horizontal scroll wheel and fast vertical scrolling alone are worth the money. Device switching is convenient and quick. The soft matte feel of the mouse and improved ergonomics (at least compared to standard mice) are a major upgrade and I have had no discomfort from using the mouse for 10+ hours a day. However, with the power of the Logi+ software, this mouse is unbeatable. If you have the option to use the software on your device, this is a no-brainer purchase. If you don't have that option (like I don't), it's still worthwhile if you work extensively in Excel or want super-fast scrolling.
