Wireless sucks.

Why is it so hard to enable USB connectivity over the charging cable? I like everything about these mice but the fact that wireless is not consistent for someone who needs accurate clicks, all the time, no matter what. A cable fixes that. There is virtually no logical explanation for not offering this connectivity. I will continue to use my subpar Microsoft surface mouse corded until Logitech finally fixes this in the MX Masters. I liked everything about all the MX Masters I've used except for this one issue that still remains.

Great Mouse and Keyboard

Personally, I am not sure of all the complaints regarding the mouse. I have the Master 3 and now the 3S and have never had an issue with Bluetooth, with DPI changing, literally nothing. I have the MX Keys as well and never had one issue. Of course I might have gotten lucky and with no company will QC ever be perfect, but I definitely recommend the 3, 3S and MX Keys to anyone. I use both windows and Mac and have the devices paired via Bluetooth to Windows and Mac and no issues.

Please add an "Apply changes to all apps" bottom to the app!

Amazing mouse, extremely customizable!
However, in the Logitech options plus app, it does not have an "Apply changes to all apps" function. For instance, if I have three different setups: Excel, Chrome, and the rest of the apps, and later want to change the scrolling speed, I'll need to change the setting for all three setups one by one. It'll be nice to just edit one app and have the option to apply such change to all the setups.
However, in the Logitech options plus app, it does not have an "Apply changes to all apps" function. CONS
- Original software does not work
- Cannot plug the Logi Bolt dongle that comes with the device into USB 3.0 (but they don't tell you that, you have to find out on your own)
- Even when plugged into USB 2.0, the mouse pointer is choppy to the point the mouse cannot be used
- When plugged into any USB port, Logi Bolt does not recognize a device is plugged in, even when the mouse is being used through Logi Bolt
- The "upgraded" software turns on multiple accessibility features that are hidden deep in the software to turn off
- Original software does not work

Too big!

I love the silent click and the color, the side wheel is also great!, but I am a woman and have small hands, and this feels too big for me. I can barely reach the middle wheel with my index finger.

Uncomfortable

I have a Logitech G502 mouse and thought this one would be a nice upgrade. I found it to be uncomfortable and less useful than my current mouse though. My hand started hurting after 30 minutes of use and it felt awkward to hold. The extra button on the bottom left for using with your thumb is also awkward to press and use the gestures to use. Forward and back buttons are more difficult to press than on the G502. The middle mouse button felt more comfortable and I liked the quiet button presses. But it felt like it creased more vibration throughout the mouse when left/right clicking when compared to the G502. So overall, I didn't feel like it was an upgrade at all and for productivity it made it worse. So I returned it.

Great business combo... but COULD be a great gaming set if only they listen

This is a test of the form and function of the form and function of the Logitech Ergo K860 keyboard and MX Master 3S mouse. It’s actually really intuitive once you retrain hand proglamation and conditioning. However if you ever took a keyboarding class the keystrokes are per defined location on the muscle memory. The entire time it took for me to get comfortable just screen typing was about 4mins and 23 seconds once I had it plug and play stick installed. There is some stagnation from bad habits of poor keyboard controls in the past but I am progressively improving as I use this keyboard in the dark without overhead or backlit keys.
I do find however that the lock key and is uncomfortably common to press… having just pressed it 5 times in the session as I reached for my mouse. I however will say my pros outweigh the cons and its more a personal test space issue. I do enjoy this keyboard… if only it was made in a mechanical format… its to quite in personal opinion but I find the travel and return to be quite effective. The overall desires of nit picking is more my historical use to a flat board and gaming boards but I thing even this board could be very well adapted to a gaming community format.
The mouse is comfortable to grip and very customizable but again a form factor I will need to adjust to. The paring of the two devices is actually very nice and the two should be combined in a Business Pack.
