While I really like the designs of the keyboard and mouse, I would like to change the touch and speed. The explanations are really poor and I hope one of the support personnel will see this and reach me.

If you haven't tried already, uninstall the Logitech Options software including the https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023261934.
Once uninstalled, please download and install the latest version here:

Good and functional but would not buy again

Was experiencing carpel tunnel from being on the computer all day at work so needed something more ergonomic. The MX Master 3S is good and functional, but I personally felt like the Logitech vertical mouse helped more with the wrist/hand pain. Also, recommendation for Logitech is to include a built-in compartment on the mouse where you can insert and store the USB receiver so it doesn’t easily get lost or misplaced.
