I don’t understand why it

I don’t understand why it can be used with a universal receiver. Especially since it is advertised as a bundle package.

Great Mouse with a Short Life Span

This is one of the best mice I have ever used which is why I feel ill writing this review. Functionally the mouse has everything I want. The scroll wheel is AMAZING. the page up and down buttons on the side are in a great location, making it feel natural to click even while gaming. The thumb scroll wheel is the only part of the mouse that I could not find a use for but it never got in the way of my daily operations.
With all this being said I cannot recommend this mouse due to the short life span of the product. After a little over a year of frequent use I am having to replace it. The Bluetooth USB receiver no longer functions reliably which is annoying but can be replaced. The main issue is that the mouse does not hold a charge even after charging it for hours. It must stay plugged in if I want to use it. For the premium price of this product I had the expectation that I would be able to use it for much longer.
Hopefully this is not a common experience others are having with this product but if you are on the fence between this mouse and another I would definitely think about going somewhere else unless you are okay with the possibility of having to replace it each year.

Been nothing but pleased with this mouse. The clicks are extremely quiet, the scroll wheel is fantastic, the shape is comfortable...very happy with this purchase.

Love this mouse. This is my second MX Master mouse and the 3s made it even better. The precision is stellar, has quiet buttons, and feels great. It's the best mouse I've found and I use it for 12 hours straight 5 days per week.

The MX Masters are always the best to use when it comes to productivity. I upgraded to the 3S coming from the 2S. They're great and the extra buttons help with shifting between applications and etc. One thing I wish was improved was the quality of the connection through Bluetooth. Even with the 3S, it's noticeably much more smooth using the dongle than over Bluetooth. This is a gripe because now I would always need to carry a dongle for my Macbook Pro since it's a USB Type A.

Good product, shady practice

This mouse is decent and smooth, accurate enough for some causal gaming from time to time and battery life is acceptable.

1 stars to Logitech, for selling the new Bolt dongle NOT compatible with older unified technology and offering no solution, forcing people to purchasing everything in order to keep everything working together.
1 stars to Logitech for coming up with this so called "business" version keyboards/mice that does work with newer Bolt dongle.
