Good for productivity

Its kind of heavy and weighty, good for productivity or anything where you're not moving your mouse all over the place (i.e gaming, obvious). The scroll wheel and side buttons are the reason why you'd want this. The thumb button enables Mac / Windows gestures which is nice. If you encounter bluetooth lag (I did on my Mac Studio), using a Bolt Connector helps and is more reliable than its own Bluetooth.

Good, but could be great.

Everything on this is just about perfect, with the exception of the placement of the button on the bottom to switch machines. Flow works well enough on a devices within the same network, but if you are trying to run it on machines over multiple networks, flow is useless and the placement of the device switch button just makes it a pain to use effectively. I bought this to run two devices, but I still have to use two mice. Move that button to a thumb location, and you'd have the ultimate mouse for all configurations.

White gets dirty fast. Scrolling is glitchy.

Got this mouse. Was disappointed as soon as I started using it. I did not expect the Pale Grey to get dirty fast. I returned before it could get dirty. I saw this issue on reddit and other places. Just search "mx master 3s discolouring / yellowing".
Was disappointed by two things:
1. Thumb wheel can't be used for vertical scroll, only horizontal. This was the primary reason I bought the mouse. I have pain in hand. And using the thumb would have helped a lot.
2. In free spin mode, the scrolling is very glitchy. Sometimes scrolls a few lines, sometimes a lot, sometimes scrolls and then jerks in the opposite direction a bit, all when one moves the wheel for roughly the same physical distance.
Later, I bought "MX Master 3S Gen 2 Combo for Business" which has an MX Master 3S Business mouse and MX Keys Business Keyboard.* That one's mouse works fine. I'm quite happy with it. I don't know if I got a faulty piece earlier, or if it is a general problem with all 3S's of this kind.
If it was not the most expensive mouse in the market, all this would have been somewhat more acceptable. It is not when it is told to be the best mouse one can buy these days.
About the design, I wish the mouse had a compartment which could be used to store the dongle, and the battery was removable. But this is the best I could get. Needed it for the ergonomic design that has thumb support, speed scroll, and a tilt design body. The rest of the features are not that important e.g. the thumb key.

Solid Performance, Comfort and Customizability

Scrolling is inconsistent on a mac. Seems like a software issue, not a mechanical issue. Hoping to adjust it and dial in the sensitivity I prefer. The software has tons of customization capabilities. Aside from that, the mouse is a beast and does great work. It's very comfortable.

I cant keep it clean!!!!! lol Logitech if you have a good way to clean it i would really appreciate it i have tried IPA and a magic eraser nothing seems to work.

Unfortunate Software Requirement

The Logitech MX Master 3S will not function as advertised without an installation of Logi Options+ and granting that app Input Monitoring permissions. This is advertised as an excellent work mouse but either of those steps are likely to be a blocker for most professional users. If you are going to purchase this mouse for professional use, either check your companies documentation or check with your IT department to be sure that this will be a usable purchase.
It's a very comfortable mouse, but without being able to program buttons or adjust sensitivity, I cannot use this on my work machine, and I'm satisfied with my Razer for my personal machine.

Robust, fast, and quiet

I had purchased the MX3 2 years back and kept on wishing that the clicks would not be so loud. I stopped using that after 2 months. So, the moment they launched the silent version I bought it. This is the best performance, and we can use it even when kids are asleep. Now I'm hoping they come up with some pop colors of this MX 3S, like the logi pop.
