Unreliable and frustrating

Intermittently stops working, likely due to a firmware bug. There is no reset button, so you just don’t have a mouse for however long it takes for the mouse to time out and restart itself. This usually takes several hours.
This lack of reliability is completely unacceptable for a mouse at this proce point.

You NEED to purchase this!

Game changer- having this has made me type faster and more efficiently. The shortcut features make it so customizable and such a breeze to use. I am flabbergasted by the battery life. I have had this item for almost a month and haven't had to charge it once. I use this at least 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week.

Laggy Connection Sometimes

The material is good, and the construction is very ergonomical. However while performance is good, at times the mouse will lag. Eventhough it’s connected to the computer via the USB Receiver.

Amazing mouse

Very ergonomic for my hands. I love the quiet clicking for my office, and the scroll wheel is smooth and good for scrolling though logs and the like. Battery life is good, but not as amazing as a simpler mouse.

MX Masters have been my

MX Masters have been my favorite mouse since the original revision. Had MX1, two MX2s for years. For some reason on this revision the horizontal scroll wheel and back/forward buttons have been relocated and it's a step backwards. The motion to use the horizontal scroll wheel changed from a simple upward movement in plane with the buttons to where you must lift your thumb and make a pinching motion between your thumb tip and your index PIP joint. Not as ergonomic.
If you're buying to replace an old mouse buy the older version.
