Works great but can’t customize

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I edit film in premiere pro and DaVinci Resolve. Whe I try to customize the mouse with shortcuts the settings don’t stick. I watched the instructions and set it up step by step and still nothing works.

It’s a mystery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lacking clear, readable user guides, and unable to understand how to deal with batteries that needed to be changed or somehow prevented from draining, I finally managed to figure out that the batteries were rechargeable, and that the little micro cord that came with would enable recharging. All better now, but probably more complicated than necessary for comfortable daily use.
