I love the ASUS monitor. The only issue that bothers me is that the camera doesn't function with Windows Pro 11 or the camera is not functioning. In order to maintain a good customer relationship why didn't you state that in your product description. Or you should have replaced my monitor with a monitor that is compatible with Windows Pro 11. This monitor is fine, however the built-in camera does not work. The monitor came with no instructions on how to access the built-in camera. When you go to the manufacturere's website, there is no information on how to access the camera. Buy a different model!

We certainly understand the inconvenience this may have caused if the built-in camera is not working.
In order to access the built-in came from the monitor, the camera appplication in Windows needs to be launch and select the camera source from the monitor. Also, verify if the PC fully support the monitor.
