Sturdy and travel friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crock pots are usually not travel friendly if you are bringing one to a pot luck. But I found this Nomad crock pot easy to use and travel with. You can see whats inside, it has a carrying handle, and it is easy to clean. You just need to have a place to plug it in and you are good to go.

The Nomad 6 qt traveling slow cooker is a great tool for everyone specially those who like day trips and get-togethers. It's very firm and sturdy easy to carry, even though is a bit heavy. I broke it in cooking a delicious beef stew, cooking on it is a breeze!! I put all the ingredients on it plug it in and wait for 8 hours. The result was yummy, I took it to a friend's house and it was a success, everyone love it!! The cooker and my stew ♡

Food for a group on the go made simple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nomad 6-quart Traveling Slow Cooker looks so gorgeous in my kitchen! It is a fun take on the tried and true concept. It is functional, and adds features like the sturdy handle for travel and a small dry erase board to inform guests of its contents. It will feed a decent group with the 6 quart capacity. Just set it and forget about it. You could also use it as a chaffing dish with its warm setting. I does take up a large chunk of counter space so it might have to live in a closet or the basement when not in use. Not ideal for small kitchens. I can’t wait to have a chance to take it on the road, the retro styling makes toting food fun again.

This is a must have if you travel to parties, it stays grounded during turns and hard stops and food is always warm upon arrival.
