[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about the ability of this appliance, but it pleasantly surprised me. The design is sleek and takes up hardly any space. It was very easy to operate and user-friendly. I was able to brew great tasting hot coffee and tea directly into my travel mug. I was afraid the iced coffee and tea would be watery after brewing over ice, but that was not the case at all.

Versatile coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll preface this by saying I’m a bit of a coffee snob, so my standards are rather high. I think this coffee maker is a good example of jack of all trades, but master of none. If you’re looking for a compact, versatile coffee maker, this is a decent one. If you want top quality, this isn’t it.

Very versatile coffee maker

I love that you can easily brew either hot or cold coffee, and the versatility of size and temp options was wonderful! The temperature of the hot coffee was perfect. The machine itself was fairly easy to use. My favorite part was how little space this took up on my counter! My only complaint is that when you brewed a carafe of coffee, it did not keep the pot warm long enough after brewing.

Great hot cold beverage maker!

Easy to use with a lot of options!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine!! I have yet to make tea, but I love the fact that it comes with two drip containers one for coffee and one for tea. The coffee machine detects if you put the coffee one or the tea one. You can also make iced coffee and you can either use the carafe or a mug. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new coffee maker!

Great for limited counter space

It's a slim coffee pot. Nice for limited counter space. I like that it comes with a reusable filter. They are really nice. And this one comes with two! One for tea and one for coffee. Perfect for the coffee and tea drinkers in the family. Its got different settings.

Yummy coffee and tea

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as an incentive for my honest opinion. However, I’m left rather disappointed. I enjoy my coffee on the stronger side and I find that this coffee & Tea brewer doesnt get hot enough to properly brew my coffee. Even when it’s finished brewing the coffee is barely lukewarm warm. I enjoy my coffee HOT most of the times, so I always have to warm up the coffee right after it’s finished brewing which I’ve never had to do before. I just haven’t been able to make my normal cup of coffee with this product. I was so excited to try this because I desperately needed a coffee maker upgrade but this one missed the mark for me. I really wanted to love it and even tried it for almost a month before I left this review. I tried many ways to make it work but it just didn’t get the job done for me no matter what I did. Maybe I received a defective one but I won’t recommend this product to those who prefer hot coffee over cold coffee. This may work if you prefer a lighter blend of coffee and if you strictly make iced coffee. I do love the concept of this product and the modern, sleek look that it has I just wish it performed as good as it looks.
