I had an injury that makes me unable to work out the way I normally would. I can actually lie on the floor with my calves on it and do core work and I have already slimmed down considerably in one week- it also helps get the swelling down in my knee

Hovert Vibration Plate

I got my Hovert vibration plate as a gift and am currently using it to rehab my torn hamstring and knee. I’ve only have used the programmed workouts and they make my leg & knee feel so much better and have less stiffness.

Vibration plate

Worked really well for about a week and then it stopped working and shut off all the power in my room. Checked the breaker and it ended up being that the vibration plate was the issue.
