used for first time when delivered 5 minutes then 10 minutes later. really worked me but no soreness. had a good nights rest and woke up refreshed. Think this is what I have been looking for.

I bought this vibration plate to help me with lymph flow and honestly I can't be more happy. The oedema of my my ankles got better after just a couple of uses and the heaviness of the legs reduced quite a bit.
