I’m a 72 year old male and was able to use my new Lifepro Hovert 3D vibration plate for the first time today. Set up was easy and I read through the instructions for first use a couple of times before starting my first workout. Everything went smooth. I am very impressed with the quality of the product and how quiet it is. My wife and I are both looking forward to the overall health benefits of regular use of this quality product.

We a a few days into daily use.
Using the Pre-programmed mode to go through all levels. Completed 3 levels so far.
Initial feedback is it feels like lifepro “works” all the joints and muscles in a 360 vibrating range of motion vs normal north south east west motions.
Another observation is move around on the lifepro- narrow and widen your feet, squat/flex knees and notice where the areas of impact to your body changes.
Looking forward to completing the preset programs and adding in dynamic use of bands as well as the stretches and exercises they feature in the user manual. I will also use the video library to move to next level.

It seems to work really well. It is sturdy and I can tell it will last a long time. Does exactly what it says. If something messes up, the inserts give me confidence that I can have it remedied.

Received the Hovert today and did my first workout on it. I had it on the lowest speed and I feel terrific! Doing this daily should really improve my joints, lymphatic system and balance; three targets I'm wanting to work on. Looking forward to the challenge!
