My friend (after a total knee) recommended this as I was having my hip replaced Jan 7. I just had clearance to start using this and opened the box last night. I was surprised how heavy and stable it was and pretty too. Now my son and husband think they may want to join me on the new venture. I finally get to use my Christmas present!!

Vibration plate works as described. I like the different programs on it and that you can program it yourself if you want.

Some concern over electric cord plug into machine

I love the lifepro but concerned as the plug into the machine seems to fall off easily. It works well just don't want to make the (plug in) connection worse by moving the machine.

Just received my Hobert vibration plate for a day and used it once so far but, my first experience was wonderful. Definitely, felt stress relief after 10 minutes and my lymphatic system was stimulated. Also felt my whole body muscle structure was activated. I’m already in love.
