I've had this for a week and I use it every day. The first time I used it, my muscles (all over) were sore the next day. I do 10 minute workouts in the morning and then 10 minutes at night. Fits into my schedule and lifestyle nicely. It's quiet too! 4 starts because it's too soon to tell if it's a five star product, but so far, no complaints at all.
