I bought this because I really like the curved life pro vibration plate but wanted to try a flat one for different exercises. I have been unimpressed by the quality and features of life pro products but have not tried this one yet. Hoping for the same good quality.

I've only started but it definitely gives my legs a good workout. I'm hoping to increase my leg strength and everything else is a bonus.
