Great Plate

I have just recieved the Hovart a few days ago. Since recieving I have had to fight for time on it from my family! Everyone is enjoying it. The only negative I could say is the touch screen is extremely sensitive. I'm using the plate for lymphatic drainage and when I sit on it or by my legs or arms on it turns off. I need to put a large piece of thick paper or cardboard to cover it, at that time I just use the remote control.

I just received this on Sunday & have only experienced 2 times on this machine. Once I get it more figured out with all the programs it will be better, but, I can say I believe this is going to be a great addition. I bought it for the increased circulation for my legs & better metabolism & balance.

I have wonky knees and this thing has been a God send. I got this after knee pain for almost a year. Within days of receiving this and using it once or twice a day, my knee pain is gone! Best investment ever!

This has been a game changer for my workout routines. Got it just before Christmas and have slowly added it in to my exercising. So many different ways to incorporate it and there are so many benefits! Even my kids ask to use it!
