I've only had this product for a few days. I've been using it before work in the mornings and before my nightly routine for 10 minutes each time. So far, I've been waking up more energized, and sleeping better at night. Even my cat loves it! My cat now hops on with me. Perhaps its helping his old body too?

I'm sore, not going to lie! I have been only doing 10 min at P2 and I can feel it in my bones. I hope I start to recover soon. Seems to be working
