I bought this vibration plate to help me with lymph flow and honestly I can't be more happy. The oedema of my my ankles got better after just a couple of uses and the heaviness of the legs reduced quite a bit.

I have had my new Hovert 3D vibration plate for 3 days now. WOW, what a difference it makes in my recovery from hiking/walking. I can't wait to figure all the buttons out.
