Just tried the Hovert 3D Vibration Plate for the first time—10 minutes of gentle buzzing and wobbling. Heard it’s great for lymph drainage too. Can’t wait to see what happens next!

Awesome Vibration Plate

I have only used it about a half dozen time for 10 minutes as life has gotten in the way once again…I am going to start back up again a few days a week to get the results I am looking for…I still need to learn all the different workouts, but it does make your body feel good…I will relate this once I start using regularly…also I got this as its larger and heavy duty in case my fiancé wants to start using it as he is over 200 lbs. So far so good!

Wonder machine!

Only had the Hovert board for a couple of days. Purchased it for lymphatic drainage and joint maintenance. Started off low on P1 and can already feel improved lymphatic circulation.
