I researched a ton of vibrating plates and this Lifepro had the highest frequency for the cost! It has a large range of modes and is extremely sturdy

Great product

This product is exactly what it says. It’s gonna do slow and go is success and use all the fitness items that they give you and I love that. It comes with a remote and bands and resistant bands. It’s actually helping out my joints and my pain not to mention making me fit.

I LOVE MY HOVERT

I’ve only had my vibration plate for about a month and I haven’t had a chance to really use it. I’ve only done the lowest setting for 10 minutes, but consistent every day! So far, I truly believe it’s helped with my aches and pains. I am a cook and on my feet all day so to get on it at the end of the day, helps me unwind and my legs and feet done hurt as much!
