I've used the plate for a variety of things and have been pleased with results..sitting on it at the end of the work day, for lymphatic drainage, stretching and exercising..easy set up

Just getting started, but I love it

I’m having a lot of knee pain and getting on my new Hobert Vibration plate really seems to help. I have not had time to do more than 2-3 minutes or try various options but I love the vibration. It is relaxing and takes the pain away. I like using it before I go to bed, it seems to help my legs relax so my knees do not hurt while I sleep.

Loving early Christmas present!

Gave this to my bf for an early Christmas present because he works on his feet in dress shoes for 10-13 hours a day and with the busy holidays his whole body is taking a real beating. So far he’s loving it and excited to see all the benefits this vibration plate can offer!

Today is the first day of the rest of my life.
Just did my first workout & I feel great!
I’m an out of shape big (heathy) woman who has some joint & back pain from the many years of playing sports
I also purchased a HumeHealth smart body analyzer to track my body fat, muscle mass, body mass
I’ll get back to you in a couple wks
