This has helped with my back pain from a horse accident I had 2 years ago. I sit for long hours as a job and after breaking my back the pain still sneaks up on me. Its such a good 10 min break to step up on the machine and step down feeling rejuvenated!

Hovert 3D- heavy but the roller bar works well to move it once it’s in place to move it around. Very quiet and powerful.
