6 months post ACL surgery

I am recovering from ACL surgery.
I already have problems with inflammation due to my autoimmune.
I have used this machine 2x and my leg already feels stronger. I’m noticing I’m walking better and standing better. The fluid where the surgery was also going is down. This is only day one. I’m excited and so thankful to use this everyday to help me be stronger every day. Thank you, lifepro and Jesus!

I've been using my Hovert twice a day, morning and evening, and I really like it. It was a bit scary the first time I got on it but that quickly went away and I have worked up through all the programs and am ready to try just manually setting it and see how I do with that. I highly recommend the Hovert.
