It's the perfect warm up before my workout, and I use it when sitting longer than 2 hours. lol It really shakes up me loins and nuts, and get's the circulation going again, it also rumbles my fat around,...it feels better than walking.

My husband bought this for me a while ago. I finally pulled it out after it sat in the garage a while. It is well built. I've used it twice already. I'm already feeling some pain relief in my shoulders.

I love my vibration plate. I borrowed from a female friend of mine while she was traveling and she had the turbo. Before returning it to her I ordered this one. I absolutely love this product. Highly recommend. It’s made me sleep better. Seems to help with digestion. I am prone to osteoporosis, so I’m hoping it helps with that and I love exercise so I think it’s gonna be a good machine for me..
